Very nice place in downtown Manchester, NH. More upscale than I usually stay at, but very impressive lobby, breakfast area and rooms. Good security. Need room key card to access lobby after hours, to select floor on elevator, and even to access lobby restroom.

"First of all. Dont lie"

Didn’t get the room configuration that I had reserved. Couldn’t cancel and was still charged for the reservation and not what I received. Had to jump through hoops after being told my rate was adjusted. Then only discounted the dollar difference with no consideration for the major inconvenience caused to me and my family.

What an amazing group of young service talented individuals who made our one week stay extremely pleasant. Anything we asked for or requested was met with the speed and efficiency of a Four star hotel in some of the major city’s and we have stayed at many.
