Free street parking right outside. The dessert at dinner was actually good. The host, Assma first impression was good, well English communication

This was my fourth trip to Morocco, and having stayed in numerous riads and hotels, I have a good baseline for comparison. We stayed one night, the 5th of May. Unfortunately, Kozyhome was a major letdown. For around 70€ per night, the value for money is misaligned. The Arrival & Room (No. 3) with balcony First Impression: Unlike every other place in Morocco, there was no welcome tea. No drinking water in the room either. Photos are misleading. The pool was too dirty to use and smelly. In the bathroom, the drain was clogged, there was an unpleasant smell, and the sink only had scalding hot water - no cold water to wash face. Cleanliness: can't complain The Food Dinner: We paid 30€ for two people, which was way too much for what we got. The Tagine was burnt and far too small for two. When we confronted the host, Assma, she jokingly admitted she wasn't good at making Tagines. It was unprofessional and dismissive. No compensation (not even a coffee) was offered for the ruined meal. Breakfast: Since we had to leave at 8:15 AM, we asked for a "takeaway" breakfast, 4 tiny pancakes, 2 mini muffins, and a tiny bit of juice for two people is definitely not enough. Service and Atmosphere The little shocking part was the communication. We were awake from 7:15 AM, speaking quietly and being respectful. At 7:42 AM, I received a message: "Please keep your voices down; there are still customers sleeping. And please close the door quietly." A hotel is not a kindergarten or a church. Getting that message for having a normal conversation in a room I paid 70€ for is embarrassing and kinda strange behavior from the host. If you look for a genuine Moroccan experience look elsewhere. This place is overpriced, the facilities are poorly maintained, good looking place on the pictures but in real the place is outdated

Fijn ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Mooie ruime kamer. Knus tuintje met zwembad. Goede ligging.

Everything was perfect 👌

Superleuke accommodatie, vriendelijk personeel, hele mooie schone kamers, goeie tips voor de omgeving. Heerlijk gegeten op een rooftop op aanraden van de eigenaresse. Auto kan voor de deur geparkeerd worden en alles is heel dichtbij. Alles was perfect, een aanrader.

Doucheputje verstopt en zwembad zeer klein

Le prix du petit déjeuner par rapport à ce qui a été servi. C’est très cher. Il faudrait le baisser à 4€ maximum. 7€ ça ne les vaut pas.
