The staff was very helpful and professional.

I was told I could get to the hotel via bus or taxi. When I arrived at Nagasaki airport, I was informed that the bus didn't go to Omura directly. It would be a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel. It was very hot and humid, and I had luggage, so that was not an option.
