Location was perfect , the parking places were essential . The cottage was cute . The Dream Cottages staff were very professional and efficient , reacting very quickly to rain ingress problem , especially during out of hours .

The building fabric and interior are in need of some basic maintenance. This was demonstrated by rain ingress from ceiling and window in the twin room . The shower over the bath was not comfortable to use , talker people would find it more so . Contacting the appropriate person out of hours due to so many companies involved in the letting .

lovely and cosy but enough space for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Perfect location and would highly recommend. in fact will look at booking again. perfect new years stay.
