The quality of the accommodation was first rate, with good facilities and decor. The location was quiet and peaceful, and within reach of nearby facilities in Bungay and Norwich. Information about local attractions was helpful.

I booked through Booking .com. Communicating through Booking.com -> Sykes -> Owners was difficult. A couple of times I needed to get through to make enquiries, and finally once to make a safety report, and all I get is a fobbing-off message to "use the app", but when I try to do that using the information in the booking confirmation via either Booking.com or Sykes apps, my booking was not listed and there was no easy way to contact anyone. I eventually had to look up Sykes separately and phone their booking line to get their attention. I still do not know if my report of a safety concern has got through to either Sykes, or Booking.com, or to the actual owner or cleaners who may be able to do something about it. I tried. This is typical of modern customer service, reduced to the big black hole of technology with no easy way to talk to, or even send an email to, a human being.

Absolutely love this house, stayed here a couple of times now as it's not too far from when we're working, it's in a nice quiet location, massive house, with 2 separate living rooms, a third of you count the annex too! Plenty of wash rooms, think there is 5 in total, including the annex, with showers/baths. Even had some Christmas decorations and a tree up this time, which was nice, as single guy's it's not something we'd bother with at our homes, but was nice to have the lights on of an evening! Great house though with everything we needed.

It's a absolutely stunning house, in a nice quiet location, and very clean. Very spacious, plenty of massive bedrooms, plenty of living rooms, plenty of stunning shower rooms! Even a nice cosy little annexe. Great stay, great house ☺️

The house was beautiful so well laid out and had everything you could ask for. So much space and quality of furnishings was exceptional. Perfect for us as a group of family ladies looking for a peaceful weekend of just spending family time and of course great shopping only 15 minutes away in Norwich. Perfect. Really wish we had booked a longer stay.
