"Comfortable stay in Jerusalem"

Great location, easy to access, near groceries and markets. The host was very responsive. Clean and fresh linens. Balcony for relaxing outside. Parking offered nearby at a reduced rate for guests. A/C worked really well. Overall, fantastic stay.

"Superb"

Perfect location - a minute from the light rail and there were always taxi cabs in the area. It was clean and comfortable. Codes to the door and lock box were sent in the morning and communication via whatsapp was promptly replied to. They let us know that the apartment was ready early which was amazing!

Honestly, nothing that we didn't like. We were very happy there.

"Cigarette smoke and Rude staff"

The location was ok.

The place smells heavily of cigarette smoke and it says this is a non-smoking apartment. There is also no curtain in the kids bedroom and ants on the floor. Me an my son were itching all night. The staff was rude and would not respond once they understood we were upset. We requested to leave early and they refused to refund any money.
