"Excellent location, very average layouy of house."

The location was great.

The bedrooms were jammed together upstairs- too close for comfort with an extended family. Sleep was very interrupted with the such close proximity.

"good location, good size house just needs to be better presented"

Location was good House size was good for a bigger group

cleanliness was average (loaded unwashed dishwasher on arrival) rubbish handling was not ideal (we were unsure what we had to do and the wheelybin was full) House needs some TLC and a good once over clean
