Viking Inn

This was a really lovely motel stay. The room was clean and decorated well, with a large fridge and microwave, and enough chairs so we did not have to sit on the bed to eat. The little bag with snacks was sweet and appreciated. We were able to park right outside our room, which was great. The only issue we had was that we arrived late, and the directions sent us down the street to another location. We had to call to get the correct directions, and when we arrived, the area was not well lit, nor was the building next to it so we had some difficulty finding it. Because we arrived late, our key was taped to the office door, which was unexpected, but worked fine. This stop ended up being one of our favorite stays on our long trip, even though it was just for a quick overnight. Highly recommend as it was a very nice and comfortable room, especially for the price.

The room was clean and the person at the front desk was very personable.

I thought the price of the room was too high for the quality of the facilities. The beds were very soft and the room was really small as was the bathroom. We are paying less for a room through booking.com this weekend that has more amenities and includes a breakfast.

Nice very simple and clean motel

The room was clean. The sink, counter and faucet were new. The rest of the small bathroom was not new but clean. So many towels for 2 people for one night it felt spa-like. There was a microwave (clean inside), a bigger than usual refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment(clean). The TV was huge, looked new. It was a nice surprise to find instant coffee, creamer and sugar. Another nice surprise was the bag of treats. The owner knows how to take it a notch up.

The lightning was dim. The air conditioner was welcome on a hot day but was noisy.

The room was so welcoming & clean, there was a little gift bag of treats set out for us. Lovely patio area for a fire or grilling with a covered table. Quiet, peaceful stay!

One night stay. Excellent place to stay. Very clean rooms. Did notice security cameras along building. Highly recommend .

Room was very clean and spacious, parking outside the room with lawn chairs by the door. There was a "goodie" bag with water, popcorn and a rice krispie treat! Price was fantastic!
