Location, clean, practical, very nice staff, parking!

The shower was small with a curtain that sticks to you when showering. Nonetheless overall very good and I would return.

The location was great. Quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown.

Would have liked a different duvet cover, and a fluffier pillow.

Location was very good and kitchen was as per our requirement . Apartment was spacious.

Weather was warmer then we expected

Host was accommodating. Facilities were good, including that there was a laundry room.

Sink was not in the bathroom, but just outside it. Room was not that large. However, considering the price and comparing to accommodation in the area, this is OK.

Great apartment with 2 rooms, a cozy atmosphere, and a small terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything was clean, there were enough towels, and there is also a parking space available. A few notes: the washing machine is located in a separate room outside the apartment, one wash costs 5 francs and the machine only accepts coins. Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, which was not very comfortable.

Location and public transport access

1. The room was extremely small, almost like a “pigeon hole,” and the bed corners frequently caused knee bumps. 2. The trash bins were not emptied during our stay and remained until checkout. 3. The fan was not working properly and did not provide adequate cooling. 4. There is no lift in the property, and guests are required to carry luggage up a narrow spiral staircase, which is very inconvenient. 6. The washing machine had a strong mechanical oil smell.

Great location, just 4 minutes’ walk from Interlaken West station.

Shower room too narrow.

The price, location, and balcony view was very nice.

The bed was uncomfortable...It was noisy and felt like sleeping on a hammock. It had very little support and creaked at the slightest movement. Also, the shower was not completely finished so a shower curtain was placed too close to the shower head minimizing space so that when the water was turned on the shower curtain clung across the backside of my body when showering which was uncomfortable and not hygienic.
