"Don’t waste your money!!!!!"

Short walk to the beach

The grounds were NASTY! Grass was knee high and trash all in the grass. Broken/rusted patio chairs that couldn’t be sat in. EVERY blind in the house was broken in ALL rooms! Rotten wood on the steps. The entire house SHOOK when the washer and dryer was on. No trash bags. Flooring was popping up all over the house. Inside wasn’t “unclean,” but definitely wasn’t what you pay for.

Location was poor and dilapidated

Sound system broken no light bulbs outside shower broken. Cleaning lady hours early. Constant messages about payment even though already paid in full
