Typisk Tyrkisk hotell standard 20 år tilbake i tid, men til internasjonale 2025 priser. Mugg på bad, dusj og kjøkken armatur ødelagt, sur ost og smør til frokost…. Alt sjarmerende tyrkisk, da man betalte 15 € for natten.

The only good thing is the location and the direct sea view, and the hotel's proximity to the public square and shops. The location is really excellent for those who want a quiet stay or vacation away from the tourist crowds. The hotel manager is humane and has high morals and never hesitates to do everything in his power to help.

The worst service you could possibly receive. Most of the staff only speak Turkish. Bed linens, hand towels, and bathrobes are not changed unless you request them more than once. The suite was supposed to have three rooms, as advertised, but in reality, it was only two. The window was broken. You could hear the loud car noise, making it hard to sleep. It didn't close properly, allowing plenty of air to circulate comfortably. The first night, March 25, was very cold, but fortunately, there were blankets in the closet. We asked for the window to be repaired several times. They tried hard to convince us that it was fine, but the suite was replaced three days later after the hotel manager personally intervened and visited the room to identify any faults. Breakfast is served on the side, meaning you get the same food every day without having to personally choose what you want to eat. The coffee machine doesn't work until the staff intervenes each time.

Hotellivierailuni oli valitettavasti pettymys. Asiakaspalvelu oli alhaisella tasolla, eikä henkilökunta ollut kovin ystävällistä. Huone oli kylmä, eikä lämmityksestä ollut apua. Vaikka varausvahvistuksessa luki, että hotellissa olisi Wi-Fi, sitä ei ollut saatavilla. Aamupala oli saatavilla vain pyynnöstä, mutta odotin sen olevan tarjolla automaattisesti. Kokonaisuudessaan kokemus ei vastannut odotuksia.

Zimmer stinkt (Zigarettenrauch) Fenster lassen sich nicht alle öffnen, vergilbte Handtücher, vergilbter Kühlschrank,totes Ungeziefer im Badezimmer, verstaubte schwere teilweise ausgehängte Ubergardinen, Minifernseher ohne Funktion, dreckige Kaffeemaschine , vorgefertigte Frühstücksteller bestehend aus ein hartgekochtes Ei, 5 grüne, 5 schwarze Oliven, 3 Scheiben Weißbrot, 1 trockene Scheibe Käse, 3 Scheiben Wurst,abgepackte Marmelade. Ich musste nach einer Nacht das Hotel verlassen,meine Nasenschleimhäute waren angeschwollen.Die Luft war schlimm im Zimmer, und verstaubt. Ich habe versucht das mir wenigstens ein Teil erstattet wird, aber nichts. Das Geld ist weg,aber .meine Gesundheit ist mir wichtiger. Außer türkisch kann dort keiner was verstehen. Ich kann nur raten....FINGER WEG...

Morgenmaden var skåret ned til minimum. Savnede feks.Juice, smør. Kaffen blev lavet på maskine, men den blev ikke fyldt op, og når vi kommenterede på dette, blev maskinen bare slukket. Rene håndklæder måtte vi bede om at få, som vi selv måtte ned og hente i receptionen, til trods for at de havde sagt at de ville komme op med dem på værelset. De beskidte håndklæder lå 4 dage på gulvet, på trods af at receptionen havde lovet at hente dem.
