Great room. Light and airy, lovely powerful shower.

Could have been a bit cleaner. China lamp by bed very dirty, still shower bubbles on wall from previous tenants stay. Hair in plug hole.

it was a great location, at first i thought it would be a bit far from the centre but it was a quick trip on the bus to get there! the room was very spacious and comfortable and i enjoyed the en suite bathroom too :)

the only thing that was an issue was being able to unlock the door- not the owner’s fault but it did take me over an hour to get in to the house! it requires a bit of fiddling with the key but other than that the stay was excellent!

the gallery room is self contained which meant I got a lovely private space even during a busy period of pride weekend at the house. The space is small but perfectly formed with everything you could need for a quiet peaceful solo stay

it wasn’t a problem for me (I have the same bed at home) but the bed is a floor bed which is very low. some people might struggle with it but I found it very comfortable. just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues

I stayed in the Gallery room. It is an amazing place with meticulously designed ceramics everywhere. Even the shower tiles individually contoured to give a bamboo theme. Yet the room is modern and everything seems to have been carefully considered to make sure that one's stay is perfect. There are good garden areas for sitting outside.

(The mattress is good quality but slightly harder than most hotel ones.)
