LXLUXHOME - Combro Luxury Apartment

The apartment has a great location - the city centre is just a 15–20 minute walk away. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all necessary cookware. The balconies offer a nice view of the street and the 25 de Abril Bridge.

The apartment needs a thorough cleaning and some repairs. The bathroom doors are broken and don’t close. All the pillows and throws are dirty and need dry cleaning, and the walls are scuffed. There aren’t even basic towel hooks in the bathrooms. The cleanliness of the bed linens is also questionable. The entrance door to the building is another issue - the lock sticks and is difficult to open with the key. Overall view: the apartment is not worth the price and is not comfortable for staying in.

LOVED THE AREA. EASY TO GET TO ANYWHERE IN THE CITY. TRAIN LINE RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR. SUPER BRIGHT. AND SUNNY WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE STREET AND BRIDGE IN THE BACKGROUND.

LOVED IT. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

The apartment is very large and spacious, and it has 2 full bathrooms plus a toilet room! The location is actually quite good with lots of shops and groceries around and on the famous 28 line and beside the Elevator da Bica. We really liked the ease of the location just off the hustle and bustle of the main squares at Chiado, but just a 10 minute walk to a few main areas, including the Time Out market. It was very relaxing in the living room and the AC in each room was great. The beds were comfortable, and the place was modern and clean.

All the bathroom doors were askew or off their hinges so it was a little difficult to get privacy, but that should be an easy fix for the host. The kitchen was not at all ready for cooking with almost no coffee cups, glasses, or plates and cutlery. While the kitchen is beautiful, it was not really usable without some more dishes and kitchen implements. You really need to bring some sleep mask as there is no black-out (or really even sun-out!) drapes in the main bedroom. We really missed having some better drapes on the main window in the bedroom.
