Royal Uzungol Hotel Spa & Restaurant

The room of hotel very small you can’t move, they write they have air condition but it was only flow normal air with bad smell, the hotel smell very bad, room light not all working also safety box not working when I told reception they say we know not working but we can’t do anything, the bed was very small not for 2 people, at restaurant in breakfast time there is no staff to help.

The design, furniture, service, so everthing were great. We loved this place. You can wake up with a view of the blacksea forest and a scent of wood. The inner design of the rooms were traditional and this is extraordinary. The hotel is quiet, clean and far better than being comfortable. If you want a stay in a peaceful place, here is what you are looking for!

this place is very nice ,except the location is about 12 minutes to the lake ,the design off the hotel is different ,room is so clean, service is good , stuff are nice especially the guy called Ahmed is so nice .

The decoration of the hotel is very nice and the rooms are very cosy. The service was not convenced because there was only one person who was responsible for almost everything in the hotel including spa. He offered us breakfast a bit late.. I don‘t ecncorage anyone who gets angry quickly to visit this hotel beacause the service is very poor.

It deserve 2 star only. One for where the hotel is located, and one for the hotel decoration, The room heating did not work, we were offered a heater, which was fine, We booked the hotel for the spa and hamam, which was not working, due to being in low season. Very poor breakfast, with not tea or coffee, because of Ramezan, Having said this we were charged a full price rate, when we complained why these issue were not raised before, we were told that we did not ask. For all the point mentioned above we were told its due to low season, We stayed for one night which was more that enough.

Very good hotel, 10 min walk to the lake and the main area, everyone is friendly in the hotel and helpful. It's good for small family but recommended for a family more than 4 persons. The hotel provides some facilities such as restaurant, Turkish massage, swimming pool and Sauna.

Amazing white holiday in the most beautiful village in Turkey. It is so different than the summer time when it is so crowded and lively . In this visit we rarely saw people walking on the roads ..Everything was covered with white and the whole village was just a scene from Disney Frozen movie . So magical .the Royal Uzungol Hotel is still our best choice here. The staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever and this time since we were celebrating a birthday the hotel manager insisted on inviting us to a dinner and a cake to share our happy times. So generous of them and lovely memories .Our favourite dish of the breakfast was the scrambled eggs with vegetable. Shakshoka. We did build a snow man when the snow storm seized. A Turkish coffee was always ready for us at the lobby .It was an amazing time. And it was funny freezing our laban Ayran drink in the balcony overnight . Surely will recommend this hotel for all but note that it is low season so the spa is off duty.

We stayed 3 nights and really we enjoyed our stay on this hotel. Very quite and love the location. The view was amazing its not crowded. The reception guy was very good and helpful everytime he saw us he was asking us what we need. Also we've met the hotel manager he offered us fresh fruits and tea to our room. Our room is very clean. Bed is very comfortable and pillows. If u want to relax u must come to this place. i will take my family to stay in this hotel on this coming summer. I highly recommend this hotel. 👍🏽
