It was off the main street easy to find girl at front desk aewsome very helpful room was clean and safe great shower and bed all the tv channels were spanish boooo no english channels loved my stay

Excellent hotel centrally located. Very clean comfortable and safe place to stay in Tijuana.

Staff is friendly and rooms are clean the free breakfast is really only a piece of bread and some milk or juice not a real breakfast

Just the shower was too cold, not really hot water..so was hard for me to take my shower if you don't care about the water temperature than this place is really good but if you care about a nice hot shower...you might want to reconsider. overall it's good. Coffee not very good quality...and breakfast they can do better...some pastries with orange juice, milk and at times apple juice..

Hotel itself is okay but theres a homeless camp directly in front of the main door. No access after hours you have to depend on Hotel staff to answer the door and I noticed they were sleeping in the late hours so coming back late Saturday night was a hassle The breakfast is yesterday's donuts, coffee, milk, and OJ. Which I would not have a problem with if it was listed as a continental breakfast but it wasn't.

This hotel was fine when it was called Nook Hotel. I stayed there multiple times with no complaints. Now it is call INTJ hotel, and they started charging $20 for each visitor. I have used Orbitz to book hundreds of hotels in the past. The first time that I encountered a hotel that charges for visitor. I have already filed a complaint with Orbitz to request a full refund of the overcharge by this hotel, and ten times punitive compensation, because the visitor's fee was nowhere disclosed when I booked the stays. Absolutely the WORST hotel! Avoid it at all cost!
