"Worst experience in a Marriott Hotel ever"

No sound proof between rooms. I asked for a quiet room and they put me under a room with two kids jumping around at night so I couldn't sleep. Then they tried to downgrade me to a lower floor which i didn't accept. Even worse, hotel staff are mean and rude. At the lobby area they didn't want us to use the lobby washroom and directed an old grandma to the shopping mall in the next building. Tried the same thing with dad and we told them we are hotel guest, the clearning guy asked for our room number rudely. Funnily, the lobby bathroom was dirty and smoky (supposed to be a non-smoking hotel). Before leaving the hotel, my dad wanted to have a bite as his blood suger is low, and the staff came to us with a metal stick in his hand yelling that it's not allowed to eat there. Having been a Marriott Platinum Member for 8 years and this is absolutely the worst Marriott experience ever.
