登记入住手续快，服务员有礼周到，房間舒适宽敞景观也很好，但冷气無論怎样调教都是25度，真的比较熱睡的不太舒服。早餐方面選擇尚可但質素一般，服务员都很勤快有礼。

Overall a Lovely Hotel with Expansive Rooms Was pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the suite The amenities is what let them down with some items not complete or refilled Be warned the Breakfast Buffet is a free for all and is a mad house during peak hours. If you’re looking for a quieter option go elsewhere. Plenty of Food & Beverage option around the area

這次旅遊是替男友慶祝生日，早前聯絡了酒店，原先想查詢收費的房間佈置和蛋糕預訂，酒店回覆可以免費安排簡單佈置和提供蛋糕。也真是太感激，到入住當天，打開房門就準備好，原先以前免費的蛋糕是小小一件，沒想到是很大的一個，而且很好味。房間很大很舒適，服務員都很有禮物很幫忙，臨時加訂多一晚房間也能給我保留原有的房間，5樓餐廳的早餐也很豐富。很愉快的一次體驗

接待處職員Vicki非常友善有礼，酒店內环境乾淨企理，房間打掃十分整潔，隔声亦很好，只是剛遇上寒冷天氣酒店旁內只供應暖氣沒有冷氣，令人感到十分焗促，這是唯一缺點，經理應注意客人實際需要。
