La atención de la señorita en la mañana tarde y el joven de la tarde noche fue muy buena, atentos y amables. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, limpio, bueno si tu intención es tener zona segura, limpio, cerca del centro para salir a disfrutar de la calle

Tanto la bienvenida como la despedida fueron fantásticos con nosotros. El personal súper amable con todos, nos pusieron café, frutas y aperitivos para poder ir a nuestra competencia. En todo momento nos sentimos muy seguros, además que nos dieron chance de hacer check out un poco fuera del horario habitual. Muy agradecidos con Hotel Kiin Cozumel.

Clean overall. Third floor narrow stairway was difficult for us. Very limited English from lobby staff. Ants in bathroom shower and sink. Good price, close to airport.
