Velice vstřícná a velmi milá majitelka. Apartmán byl velmi dobře vybaven všemi myslitelnými domácími potřebami. Byl to skvělý pobyt, městečko Rovinj a jeho okolí je úžasné.

The apartment was spacious, clean, inviting, quiet and had everything you need for a longer stay. The unit also had a washing machine which we used. It is located in a convenient location with on-site parking and an easy walk to the beach or the old town. There are peddle bikes that can be used for free if you want to explore further. The host is lovely, helpful and had pre stocked the apartment with, bottled water, milk, beer, cookies, coffee (ground and instant), and welcoming chocolates. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Next time we will stay longer than a couple of nights.

We stayed in Rovinj for two nights with my girlfriend, and we had a great experience! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, located about a 10–15 minute walk from the old town. We had our own private parking space, which was very convenient. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming when they let us in. We really appreciated that two bicycles (with locks) were available for guests, we didn’t use them this time, but it’s definitely a great option to have. One big plus for us was that we could bring our medium-sized dog for only €5 per night. That’s very fair, and we’re grateful that the place is pet-friendly. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and everything was tidy and well maintained. The apartment is on the first floor, so you do need to go up a few stairs, just good to know. There are also a couple of cats around the yard, so dog owners should keep that in mind. The location is excellent, close to a small grocery store and restaurants. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would happily return in the future!

Sehr sauber! Getränke Milch und Knabbereien zum Empfang. Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Schattiger Stellplatz direkt am Haus! Geschmackvolle und dennoch funktionale Einrichtung.

Alles war bestens! Es gab nichts zu meckern!

Apartman je izvrsno opremljen. Sve što nam je trebalo, već je bilo tamo. Jako čisto i udobno. 👍👍 Teta Ingrid je jedna jako draga osoba, uvijek na raspolaganju i uvijek s osmijehom na licu 😊 Udaljenost do plaže 10ak minuta na desno, ista udaljenost i do starog grada, na lijevo. Kamena plaža, s kafićem, u blizini je i restoran. U gradu mnoštvo kafića i restorana s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Lijepa šetnjica i pregršt sadržaja i aktivnosti (posebno nam se svidjelo promatranje delfina i zalazak sunca na brodu Delfino). U blizini se također može naći Konzum, Kaufland, Plodine (5min autom).

Appartamento comodo e ben attrezzato: lavatrice e detersivi, ferro da stiro, cucina attrezzata con microonde, bollitore ecc. Per la colazione c'era anche una moka con il latte, il caffè a disposizione e dei biscotti. Nell'appartamento c'erano già sale, olio e zucchero. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato all'ombra davanti casa. Sia il letto che il divano letto erano comodi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno fornito anche del latte senza lattosio benché che lo avessimo chiesto. Il frigo era pieno di bevande (acqua, te, succhi, birra). Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Rovigno e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
