"Bad"

I will try to be as short as I can. I paid for my order day before, I got my request for late arrival approved, I did my online check-in before. When I arrived with my family, I was trying to contact the host several times through WhatsApp and phone numbers provided for emergency services. No response. No access code provided. I had to call Booking customer service for assistance. They were not successfull either. So I ended up trying to find an alternative accomodation (hotel) with my two little kids and wife at the midnight. Luckily at 2.30 AM we found one. It was one of the most stressfull experiences I've ever had. We travelled whole day by car and were really tired. Since then, I have not received any further message from the host. No apology, no explanation. Nothing.

Excellent room spotlessly clean, great feeling of space. Having a proper wardrobe was a fab bonus. Excellent location. Staff responded quickly to any messages sent. Would highly recommend Zanzibar coffee shop close by is a must as is La Taverna Dei Peccati

Good location and easy to get to.

AC could have been colder and communication could have been a bit more prompt. Overall good, but missed the mark on a few things.
