The staff behaviour was really rude they misbehaved with us,like they want to fight with guests.Worst part was we stayed for two days and on both days we were offered same menu for breakfast & dinner,some food looked stale,food quality was very very bad..the property is very good but food,staff and management will make ur stay terrible for sure Disappointed

Excellent resort . Nice food . Excellent cultural programme . Excellent Air-condition Tents . Secured place . Nice canal riding. Jeep safari is costly if booked through Resort. Needs some improvements in house keeping services. If this is improved the resort will become 5 star

Wonderful experience with awesome cultural program. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The luxury tents were very clean, comfortable and with all the basic amenities. The property was very beautiful and clean. Camel ride was an amazing activity that was arranged by the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed the services of spring desert resort. I was arriving to Sam desert early in the morning with family. I had communication with the resort and they were very co-operating in accommodating us at 6 AM in the morning. The food at the resort was superb. Morning breakfast & evening dinner was included in the accommodation charges. There were so many choices in the breakfast & dinner. The resort management specially Mr. Karthik took care of us personally. Mr. Karthik made sure that we received the customized dishes of our choice in breakfast & dinner in addition to the already available superb set menu. Resort Management arranged the camel safari for us. They arranged it twice on request of us without any charge! The camel owners were so good and professional. They took us to the desert for sunrise & sunset. It was a super experience. We can recommend camel owners “Bhajan” & “Om Prakash” for an out of the word experience. They will make your memories so wonderful with their photography skill. Our kids liked their camels named "Lalu Prasad" & very much. The camels were well behaved and decorated very well. Mr. Karthik personally accompanied us for star gazing in the night desert. He was so kind to arrange this complimentary for us! This was a superb experience. Thank you, Mr. Karthik, for this lifetime experience. The resort is very good. It is clean & has all the amenities. Since resort is inside Sam desert so ambience is excellent. If something is not available then resort management helps you. For example, there is no iron available in the room. But resort management arranged this for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would any day recommend this resort to my family & friend and I would book with them again

It was a great experience in jaisalmer desert spring .it was a memorable part of my rajasthan trip. I must thank mr karthik who has done everything to help us enjoy the stay. He has done many things out of the way which really touched our heart. Overall the stay was wonderful.

Overall a great experience at Desert Springs Resort. We went with our family recently. Very kind staff and the cultural evening was the fantastic one. Excellent food offered with utmost hospitality and generosity. Mr. Karthik, manager was very kind and made ensure everyone was comfortable in our family. Ms. Radhika and the team did the excellent housekeeping and made sure for the memorable stay. We thank the entire team for the memorable stay at the Sam. We will come back again soon!

Wow, what a beautiful resort in the middle of dunes. Couldn't have asked for a better end to our holiday! All the staff are amazing and very attentive. The complimentary camel ride to the sand dunes was amazing and will definitely recommend. It was our first time, and we could not have been in better hands than with Kartik and Radhika. Will definitely return one day. If you want luxury but still a place that is down to earth, then this is the place. You will not regret it.

Haven't experianced such an excellent resort facility that too in a remote desert location, with all facilities in room including hot water in washbasin tap was amazing for me!! Karthik manager is outstanding to take care of each facilities! Food is awesome, dinner as well as breakfast, spread,quality & taste. Would recommend to any visitor to explore this camp
