היינו בחדר לוקס שני חדרי שיינה והבית פשוט מעולה. השירות והצוות מעולים. האוכל במסעדה (לא ארוחת בוקר) מעולה ובמחירים טובים.

בעיקר מיקום ובריכה. הבריכה לא מקוררת בכלל ולכן חמה מאוד ולא נעימה (באזור 30 מעלות). הבריכה כולה עמוקה 1.5 מ' למעט אזור פעוטות, ולכן לא מתאימה בכלל לילדים בגילאי ביניים. החוף הצמוד מלוכלך (לכלוך טבעי) ולא מתאים כלל לרחצה. כתוצאה נוצר מצב שלא היה שום מקור מים בכלל. האוכל במסעדות הצמודות לא טעים. המחירים של התניידות באי יקרים מאוד.

המזגן הרעיש מאוד, חייבים לשכור רכב או קטנוע ,המוניות יקרות מאוד וזה נכון לאי באופן כללי לאו דווקא למלון

Huge family rooms The 2 BR units are actually 3 floors of luxury. Amazing breakfast is served to the in door comfy dining room. Great stuff

מלון וואוי ממש, לא גדול ועם זאת מיוחד ממש. אחת החוויות הכי טובות שהיו לנו בתאילנד. מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, הכל מתוחזק, נקי, ובנוי יפה, כל הוילות והחדרים מסביב לבריכה. היינו משפחה בוילה, החדרים מרווחים נעימים ונוחים. אוירה קסומה, הרגיש כמו קיבוץ, שקט, יפה, מושקע, ומה שעוד יותר עשה את השהות למיוחדת זה הצוות המקסים אדיבים ומקצוענים במיוחד KATTY, KAO , BALL - היו אדיבים וכל שאלה נענתה במהירות ובחיוך. אין ספק שבפעם הבאה שנהיה בקופנגן היפה נחזור למלון הזה.

אין חוף פרטי.

Great hotel Superb location Spacious rooms and wonderful pool There are plenty of good restaurants near by in a walking distance The beach near hotel is not nice due to the tide I recommend to rent a car and travel to better beaches 15 min drive
