Location is great in town central. The individual cottages feel great and there are lots of trees around. It has everything you need for a holiday get away.

The path from reception to the cottage is under construction so the road is super narrow and you have to be careful not to hit either side. Hopefully this get fixed soon!

individual little houses which are well equipped and have a porch out the front to have a beer and enjoy dinner. The property is surrounded by avocado trees and was very quiet when we were there. The main shops are just a short drive down the road (2 mins) and there is a cake shop with coffee/ tea just next door. They have an outdoor BBQ which was clean and well maintained. We stayed here because accommodation was cheaper. We drove to Piahia and did a ferry trip to Russell and a boat cruise to the Hole in the Rock and the drive to and from was nothing.
