"Great stay comfortable"

The breakfast was served with friendly staff it was as listed on the menu and plentiful.ThHotel was an old coaching house built in 1688 so had low ceilings with loads of character. Transport to and from this hotel scores 10 out of 10 you don’t need a car. Finally on one evening I had the Fish pie again 10+ . Great stay great location 👍

There is nothing I could say that I didn’t like.

"Threlkeld location and excellent pub food"

Lovely food, beautiful village setting with walk along old railway route (by river & mature woodland) into Keswick, bus back to Threlkeld. Bedroom decor was lovely.

Double bed in Room 5 of Salutation Inn (2 singles pushed together) very soft and uncomfortable. Newer, firm bed/s would greatly improve this.
