Nette und liebevolle Gastgeber. Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Zentral, Nähe Altstadt, shops, Restaurants usw. Fahrräder vorhanden ( der Zustand ist ganz okay, dafür aber kostenlos ) Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Kommunikation über WhatsApp problemlos. Danke! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Location was excellent, room was clean and worth the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cham the counter girl was very forthcoming and proactive in helping us enjoy the trip, even recommending a good tailor. Owner is a very cheerful and pleasant man.

Shower head can be optimized - would be good to be able to adjust it upwards and downwards.

What an absolutely lovely guest house! We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room itself was well decorated, bright and airy, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and kind. Having breakfast every morning was such a lovely way to start the day and it was very delicious. The location here is great too, a close walk to the old quarter, cafes and restaurants but a little bit out of the way so it's quiet and not busy.

What an incredible place to stay within Hoi An. I truly loved the authenticity of the staff. The room was spacious with a lovely view. The breakfast was some of the best I've had. Everyday I was greeted with warm smiles. I highly recommend you stay here if you want peace and comfortable accommodations. Near enough to the main center but far away that there were no crowds. My girlfriend left her shoes behind and they were able to ship them to the next town. They went above and beyond at no cost.

I mentioned this to the staff but they could use a squeegee to wipe the floor after showering.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and at home!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is perfect — close to the Old Town and popular attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet area, which made it even more relaxing. We truly loved staying here and would happily come back!

no lift or elevator so if you are bringing a luggage it might be a bit uncomfortable bring it up and down.
