We enjoyed staying in this apartment on the top floor. It was well designed with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and did not need a car while in Reykjavik. The customer service team was responsive and helpful.

The water has a strong sulphur smell which can be challenging if you are sensitive to smells. The entry into the building is very small and the staircase is narrow which was difficult to get our luggage up and down and in from the outside.

Huh???? Nothing! We ccouldn't get in and find what would open. Terrible. It has no visibility even for cab driver to find it

FIgure out how to market your hotel with appropriate information so it can be found! Nothing, The cab driver couldn't find it so we went to a hotel. We owe nothing BUT no refund.

We had an opportunity to stay here at two different times during our trip to Iceland. We stayed in 2 different apartments. Both were clean, very well appointed, modern and comfortable. The location is fabulous - close to shops, museums and restaurants. The customer service was responsive and helpful.

The building does not have a building number on the outside and can be difficult to find at first. There are two Grey Apartments in Reykjavik so mapping can be a challenge. The hot water has a strong sulphur smell which we have not encountered at any other property on any of our previous trips to Iceland. The washing machine was challenging to use and did not have clear instructions. It was difficult to find instructions or a user manual online. The entry and stairs can be difficult if you have mobility issues and need to move luggage up the stairs. The rooms on the same side of the building as the front door can be noisy - the door slams loudly every time someone opens it.

Very central, easy to access, perfect for one person

Quite small, when showering it smells like sulfur. The sofa matress needs to be changed. It is laid thru on the left side.
