La atención del personal, y la piscina limpia acogedora.

Había algunas cosas deterioradas, como el encendido de la ducha de la habitación, almohadas muy incómodas y pequeñas, nada acolchadas y el sistema de aire acondicionando que se apagaba cada rato, teniendo que levantarse de madrugada a encenderlo varias veces.

Magnífica ubicación y buena atención al cliente. Destaco la amabilidad del personal: predisposición para ayudar y resolutivos.

La iluminación de la habitación es escasa. El plato de ducha está a ras de suelo y la mampara no es cerrada: la ducha anegaba el cuarto de baño. La insonorización es nula, se escuchaba el trasiego del hotel. Las almohadas no son cómodas (sé que esta opinión es subjetiva). Durante la noche, en la habitación, se escuchaba el sonido intermitente de un motor que no nos dejaba conciliar el sueño de manera placentera. Disponer de piscina es un plus, pero es pequeña y la zona común con sombra también es escasa para la ocupación del hotel.
