Vista d'Oro Palma Apt. 21

The place was clearly not cleaned when we visited. There were big dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed, cobwebs and dead bugs in corners. The floor was dirty, not wiped and I don't know what else wasn't clean. The tea kettle had residue in it and there were spiders in the shower and other areas. The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the location and the views of lake Como.

The view and location are great. Only accessible if you have a car and parking is easy lots of room. It was nice to have a washing machine. Bathroom was large and shower good. They gave a nice welcome box with wine which was lovely.

The apartment was not clean. All kitchen items were dirty, stains on the cushions for the chairs and couch. The only thing clean was the bed sheets and towels but you could tell the extra bedding was not cleaned well just shoved in the closet. TV did not work. The dryer for clothes did not work at all. Washing machine was fine but took a long time. You also can only use one at a time due to the outlets. This place could be really really nice and has so much potential but needs a little more property maintenance. It’s staying alive by the location and view.

Spacious

Dirty, broken parts of cupboards.. cables hanging loose on floor… extra sheets were dusty.. found a woman’s hairclip laying around…

The view is fantastic, and the location is great too. It is also a good size for a couple.

The property is tired, untidy and cluttered with an odd assortment of items and furniture. The bathroom sink faucet was broken, as was the shower head holder. It also was not very clean. There were cobwebs and dust, and no mattress protector on the bed. However, what was most disappointing is the paper wall thing that is supposed to separate the sleeping and sitting area. This has been moved, but not removed. So, it served no purpose other than to occupy space. Meanwhile, the TV cabinet sat untidy in the middle of the room. Personally, I think get rid of paper wall and just have a bright and open studio apartment that makes the most of the amazing views.

Instructions for walking to and from Varenna esino on the path up the hill were not included .

The view was amazing . And the directions getting there was amazing

The house was dirty . Dust everywhere so I kept sneezing . And it was so cold it took the 2 days to get the house warm but then we had to leave. Also no wifi and a no service area . I sent an email bit no one responded to it .

Location was stunning. The apartment was attractive and welcoming and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise.

I liked it all.
