Hawthorne's Best Inn

Exceptionally clean. Remodel was done very nicely. Owners obviously take pride in their hotel. Owner at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Very safe location. Very quiet location. Parents can feel comfortable bringing children. The price is very high for what you get, but I think it keeps out sketchy characters. So that's worth it to me.

For some reason, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure why because all of the rooms are non-smoking. Also, because I had a dog I was given a room on the first floor. The noise from the person above me was very loud due to excessively squeaky floor joists. It wasn't the person's fault. The squeaky floor was to blame. Every time they walked the ceiling/floor squeaked loudly.

The owners Jack and his wife were exceptional host. They treated my team and I like family. Truly they were beautiful souls. Lovely family environment!!! We will always choose them.

What's not to like. They were amazing.

The owners are so sweet and friendly. The room has nicely appointed materials in the remodel. Super duoer clean , and two packs of coffee is appreciated. Will definitely stay there again!

The place was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

For the price we paid and didn't even get a breakfast.
