Ich rate allen davon ab, hier zu übernachten! Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren auf Booking.com, habe Genius-Level 3 und hatte noch nie so einen frechen, unfreundlichen Gastgeber. Es gibt viele andere Bewertungen, die unsere Erfahrungen bestätigen. Das ist meine erste 1-er Bewertung auf dieser Plattform; für unsere Erfahrung müsste man eigentlich Minuspunkte vergeben. Eins vorab; wir wären lieber weiter bis nach Estellencs gelaufen, als hier zu übernachten. Da bei uns aber Geld nicht am Baum wächst, sind wir hier geblieben. Die Finca hätte sogar Potenzial, wenn der Besitzer nicht wäre. Wir kamen 26 Minuten vor dem Beginn der Check-In Zeit an und wurden von dem Besitzer (scheinbar ein Deutscher Auswanderer?) erstmal komplett durchbeleidigt. Er störte sich offenkundig an unserer frühen Ankunftszeit und trotz mehrmaliger Entschuldigung führte er absurde Geschichten an, um zu verdeutlichen, wie belastend er uns und alle anderen Gäste findet. Die besten drei: “Wir brauchen die Einnahmen überhaupt nicht, sondern machen das nur, weil die Gäste uns jahrelang angebettelt haben.“ „Wir machen sowieso keine Buchungen nach September.“ (Es war Mitte November und man konnte buchen.) [Kontext: Wir fragten nach Wasser zum Filtern mit unserem Grayl-Filter, schließlich heißt die Unterkunft: „Anwesen der Brunnen“ auf Katalanisch] „Auf Mallorca hat es seit 2 Jahren nicht mehr geregnet“ (Eine Woche zuvor regnete es volle drei Tage) Dazu war das ganze Zimmer auch noch komplett kalt und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen. Durch seine herablassende, beleidigende Art ist er nicht als Gastgeber geeignet und sollte auf Bocking.com gesperrt werden.

Didnt have breakfast due to previous reviews. I actually prefer to make my own breakfast and the facilities for this were great. Quiet and pretty location. So happy that I could take my dog along with me.

The scenery around this privately owned finca is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by mountains. Although it is not far from the main road and sits in the valley rather than at mountain level, the setting is still very attractive. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience did not match the location. We arrived about 40 minutes before the official check-in time and placed our rucksacks on the floor next to the covered check-in area outside, planning to wait quietly for the owners while we walked around the main outdoor area to orient ourselves. The male owner promptly approached us and asked us to leave and wait outside the gates with our luggage until 3 p.m. Without even saying hello or offering a welcome, this made for a very poor first impression. When we returned after 3 p.m., we were offered a “welcome drink,” which we later discovered had been added to our bill. Throughout our stay, it felt as though everything was rationed, including basic items such as toilet paper. Much of the outdoor furniture was broken, making it difficult to enjoy the lovely surroundings. Several essential amenities were also not functioning properly, including the toilet flush and a tap that leaked all over the bathroom shelf. Dinner was disappointing: very basic and clearly inexpensive to produce — pork chops, aubergines with cheese, and a simple salad with barely any dressing. There was no real vegetarian option; the alternative offered was simply the same meal without the pork (at the same price). As one of us is vegan, the owner advised that she would have to bring her own food and would not be able to sit at the table with us. Breakfast was also very poor: rationed cheap white rolls with no nutritional value, a single apple, and a few very basic condiments. Overall, despite the beautiful scenery, the stay did not offer good value for money. Ich habe auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen eine Übernachtung gebucht um die erste Etappe des GR221 zu splitten und kann es jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und das optionale Abendessen (selbst gekochtes 3-Gänge-Menü!) sowie das Frühstück waren toll. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Würde jederzeit wieder eine Übernachtung buchen. Danke für die schöne Zeit! 😉

Nelíbí se mi způsob jednání a komunikace majitele objektu. Formulace, které volí v písemném projevu jsou pro mne nepřijatelné. Zaplacené ubytování jsme dobrovolně odmítli a ubytovali jsme se v hotelu Maristel v Estellencs.
