The staff was helpful and friendly. Other guests were enjoyable to interact with. Furthermore the refreshments and snacks in the lobby were a welcome surprise upon arrival.

Loved the location Having a washing machine/dryer is brilliant when travelling

The decor was lovely and moody but it was too dark inside our room in the afternoon once the morning sun had moved. The room lighting was not adequate Also, I understand that the coffee machine is in the main reception area but it would be nice to be able to make a coffee inside your room. No one enjoys going out in their pyjamas in front of strangers to get their morning coffee

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Kyoto optimal. Man kann von dort aus alles zu Fuß machen. Restaurants, 7-Eleven, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr angenehm. Tolle Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereites, angenehm zurückhaltendes Personal.
