Terrible experience with this hotel

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I arrived for check-in, went to see the room, and left immediately without staying a single night. The room I was given looked nothing like the one shown in the photos when I booked. I specifically chose and paid for the room displayed in the pictures, but was assigned a completely different one. When I called the information number, they insisted it was the same “category,” but that is simply not true. The difference was significant and felt misleading. After calling the staff, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and were very impolite. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the booking platform, claiming that the platform showed different pictures. They kept repeating that I was given the same category room, even though it clearly was not the same. It felt like a game of words to avoid accountability. The room itself was also very creepy. It had two glass doors, and one of them was blocked from the inside, making it impossible to open or even see what was behind it. The overall atmosphere felt strange and unsettling. Overall, this was a misleading experience with poor service and no sense of responsibility. I would not recommend staying here.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great and also the kitchenette. We loved that there was a supermarket nearby and a bus stop. The place was very quiet except when the stadium was in use.

The curtains did not block out the light. There were used towels in the cupboard
