Mythos Palace Resort - Adults only

First of all the staff is absolutely outstanding! Friendly and helpful, thanks for it. We liked the property as it’s new and clean. Comfortable beds. We had AI option and very liked it, huge variety of food(seafood and meat). Main disadvantage for me is coffee, they didn’t have normal coffee machine at breakfast, and in general they have only instant coffee-which is disgusting. Please kindly change it.

Rooms lovely and spotless and great size. Food however was very poor - buffet food was disgusting with plates not taken away and lunch time food at the pool bar not great as on one day served a pizza without the cheese melted. Very far away from everything ans secluded but nearby tavernas for food were lovely. All inclusive drinks weren’t great but cocktails on the rooftop were much nicer but was an added cost. Long way from 5 star hotel need to work on improving food and beverage and also a higher level of service from staff. Disappointed as this hotel has great potential

Nice stay if you want a quiet/relaxing break

Property is clean. Quiet location. Room with an ocean view was wonderful. Good bed quality. Good are not great. Very well presented but not tasty. Most of the cooked dishes were too salty. They definitely need to get a new cook chief. I would not recommend to take half or full board. Breakfast is ok. We liked restaurants around to dine out especially Castillino restaurant on top of the mountain in Paleokastritsa with outstanding view.

We stayed at Kairaba Mythos hotel for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff and service were great, very attentive to customer’s needs and always smiling and welcoming. A special thank you to Matina, the general manager and reception staff for being extremely cooperative and going above and beyond to ensure that we are having a memorable experience at this hotel. I was skeptical reading some negative reviews on here but I’m now sure from experience that anything negative was never from the hotel and/or staff. The hotel, staff and area are highly recommended!

The place was absolutely spotless! The staff were all lovely, if I would like you to pass on a constructive comment … I am only 5’ tall and found it extremely difficult to get out of both pools due to the height of the ladders the bottom rung is very very high for us midgets!

The food was not good enough

Beautiful place to stay would recommend hiring a car to get around.

Whilst the hotel is a 5 star I would say it is very basic. No iron on site at all. Beach towels you have to change by 6pm and Limited food on the buffet. That being said it was clean and friendly enough for the price that was paid.
