Alles war sehr schön! Einzig am Empfang und am Frühstück gibt es Verbesserungspotential.

Die Ankunft war etwas holprig. Man hatte das Gefühl man kommt ungelegen. Die junge Frau war etwas überfordert und so nicht sehr freundlich. Alles andere Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Beim Frühstück waren am Samstag 9 Uhr die hellen Brötchen alle. Auf Nachfrage sollte ich 30 min warten. Der Filterkaffee war auch alle. Auf Nachfrage sollte ich 15 min warten. Hätte man sicher schon eher bemerken können. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und bemüht.

Tolle Lage, super sauber (besonders das Bad und WC!!). Mega nettes Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück und ein kleiner aber sehr feiner Wellness Bereich mit Sauna. Ich bin geschäftlich jede Nacht in einem anderen Hotel und ich schreibe selten Rezessionen. Aber hier war es echt toll, das möchte ich weitergeben. Ich komme wieder.

Lage

Leider hatten wir im Saunabereich mit dem Whirlpool gerechnet vom letzten Aufenthalt . Er war nicht mehr da. Das war einer der Gründe warum wir uns für das Tuchhaus entschieden hatten. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht.
