Headwaters Lodge at Eagle Ranch Resort

Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the warm and attentive staff, to the comfortable rooms, the beautiful outdoor spaces, and the outstanding breakfast. Every detail made the stay enjoyable. I would gladly return again and again, and fully plan to.

Luxury finishes, soaking tub was amazing, room immaculate and extremely comfortable. Beautiful view, wonderful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

My only complaint is that I didn't stay longer!

Very quiet and relaxed location overlooking the river.

Everything about the accommodation was outstanding. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and with excellent views. The evening meal at the clubhouse restaurant was excellent, and so was the breakfast.

Nothing at all

The property itself is very nice and the rooms as well.

During check-in we were given a room which was already occupied. Then we had to wait for half an hour until the guy at the check-in had found another room for us (which was not the type of room we have booked). However, this was not compensated or acknowledged in some form from the management. I would have higher expectations of such a hotel with those prices. Quite disappointed how they handled the situation and that the management did not excuse themselves for the inconvenience they created.
