We arrived a few hours prior to checkin, but host was very hospitable in holding our 6 large pieces of luggage plus small bags in their office as well as on the back end of our stay so we could spend more time out seeing the sites without dragging it all behind us. Office hours are very specific, so be sure to confirm time of arrival/departure. Office is on 22nd floor and our room was on the 20th! Kind of fun to be that high and see around the area from that viewpoint. Host was great to point out some of the best sites to see from their balcony. Location was superb! Easy walk to Plaza de la Constitucion, Plaza de Armas, La Moneda, Cerros de San Cristobal and Santa Lucia... Great restaurants on the plazas. Couple of little minimarkets right out front. Felt safe in the area during the day, but always be cautious at night in Santiago. Easy to pick up Uber rides out front of building. Safest way to be sure your price is what you expect. Street cabs can be risky. Apartment was fairly good size. Kitchen had pots/pans, dishes, utensils.... Free WiFi was very fast! Able to backup all our photos from 2 weeks of travel!

One bedroom was nice size with good bed, but second "bedroom" was very small and only 1 wide twin bed (maybe full?). There was one more twin bed in the small living room that served double duty as only couch. Stove and oven in kitchen didn't work, which was a disappointment, but we were able to cook some eggs in the microwave and make some sandwiches. Trash pickup for the big downtown buildings apparently happens at night, so VERY loud until about 1 am. There is no A/C so we left the windows open to catch the night breeze and unfortunately that meant catching the sounds from the street far below as well. It is a big city and has a big night life. :)

Everything was good.

The property is comfortable, and nice. The view is beautiful but very noisy at night.

Neighbors vey noisy. The apartment didn’t have extra toilet paper nor salt or sugar very basic accommodations to stay. The curtains didn’t work so you didn’t have any privacy.

Very reasonably priced and in a perfect location in Central Santiago within easy walking distance of most major sights and bus/metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags whilst waiting to check in and after check out. The apartment had all the amenities you would expect and require.

Location was great, close to many attractions, stores and transport. It was good value too. Would definitely stay again when visiting the city.
