Everything! Very beautiful and relaxing

Great staff and Villa was in good shape but the kitchen could be better equipped. The shared pool was pretty good, food was good but a little overpriced, coffee could be better too. Guatemala has great coffee.

Clean and comfort

The villa was beautiful with a very modern design, clean and spacious. The air conditioning was strong enough to cool the entire place even during the hottest part of the day. The mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. The swimming pools were incredible, the water was very warm and clean. The beach was a short walk away and it was quite secluded and private. The staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all, the facilities, amenities, and services available in the villa and at the complex covered just about everything we needed.

There was no hot water in the showers, I asked about this before hand and was told that there is hot water in all villas but it wasn't true, it was room temperature at best. However, considering how great everything else was, this ended up being a minor inconvenience, even though normally that would be a deal breaker for me. The back doors leading to the swimming pool didn't seem to have an airtight seal. Ants kept coming in underneath the doors, but as long as you store food properly it shouldn't be a big deal. The pull out sofa bed was significantly lower quality than the other mattresses. It was a very cheap spring mattress that didn't feel comfortable at all. The entire complex is a bit secluded, which means it's a great place to relax and get away, but for those that like exploring, there aren't a ton of restaurants or other places of interest nearby.

only that you have to be very specific in the Villa that you take because it is not only because of the people that it says that they fit, you have to say how many people go

the property was amazing, everything was clean, well exept for the little ants that were everywhere in bathrooms and kitchen counter, the drinks at the main pool were very good but the staff specially the waitresses were not friendly we ask for drinks twice and the first time it took around an hour to get them, the second time we never had them we have to go around directly to the bar and get them
