"I don’t recommend this shit"

When we showed up on the day of booking, The property person lied us that they are out of booking.com and asked us to pay offline. We tried calling booking.com and there is a wait time of 20min and my family is waiting in the lobby. With no option left, I paid them offline and took the Keys. Later when I called booking.com they said the hotel is active on booking.com and booking.com offered me travel credits, no refund provided!!!

"Overall this place is not preferable even the cost is affordable"

The location is very near to Airport , if someone want to stay near the airport based on your flight time , you may prefer this location ! But we have many more best hotels in the same place

Bed sheets and towels were not washed or after washing they may be lying on bed for days together as there are so many bugs/ants/dust lying on them. Bathroom is not clean and toilet is not working properly !
