Kasa Downtown Des Moines

Our first overnight to Des Moines, IA. When we go back, KASA every time!!!!! If you don't stay here, I'll feel VERY bad for you. I wish we had cause to stay longer. An extraordinary property.

Better parking and mattress we’re to way to soft

Really nice apartment in downtown DSM. Well amenities and fun game room. Bed wasn't that comfortable but I could see others liking it

We had an excellent stay at Kasas! It was super convenient being downtown Des Moines. We could walk to just anywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and we maintained. Our service was excellent too.

I dont like the lack of parking

The apartment was huge, clean and had all the things you need for a family stay (dishes, linen, trash bags, etc). The convenience of downtown and but very quiet.

Property was very nice and gave my family plenty of room. My kids enjoyed the game room and it was easy access to a grassy area for our dog. The property was relatively clean. We found a stray wrapper on the floor and some hair in the bathroom, nothing major. The biggest downside to our stay was parking. None of the parking ramps within walking distance had availability the night we stayed. Street parking was available but confusing. Thankfully it was just a short overnight stay so we had to park for less than 12 hours.

It was perfectly located to all entertainment downtown. There is nothing really negative to say, great place. Clean

Very spacious and clean. The game room was nice as well.

Great location and great complex. Liked game room and meeting room. Kitchen minimally stocked. Unit sleeps six but only dishes for four. Otherwise, everything else great.
