"The BEST staff in Vietnam!"

We loved this hotel for our time in Hoi An. The bed was the most comfortable and the front desk staff the most helpful. It is very close to several cafes and old town. It also has great wifi for working.

There was a strong moth ball smell, but better than having bugs in the room.

I really liked my room - it had a cute little balcony, comfortable bed, and nice closet to put your things. The hostess was also very sweet and the free bike was a great surprise!

Had a few ants in the room, but I think it was due to how rainy it was.

"Lovely hotel"

The receptionist, Trâm, was super nice! She was ready to help with everything and we chit-chatted for a while before I left. So sweet! The stay was comfortable and I even got a bigger room because the hotel was not fully booked. The ambiance of the hotel was really nice. Hope to see Trâm again :D

Loved my stay at Green Hill Hotel! The staff were absolutely fantastic. First time in Hoi An and they helped me a lot! The hotel is in an excellent location. Super clean and quiet rooms. Lovely.
