Location and cleanliness and fantastic staff

No elevator for our heavy luggage. One of the showers had 2 screws in the wall that I hit my hand. Thankfully, I wasn’t hurt. Everything else was great!

Very clean, well presented, convenient and very close to some great pintxos bars.

No need for a kitchen with all of the food available!

We had an awesome stay here. It was clean, in the heart of the old town of San Sebastian and they made us feel like it was home. We brought our 1 year old and they were very accommodating providing a cot and a safe apartment. The facilities were great, and there was everything we needed. When we come back, we will stay here!

Fantastic location. Spacious and clean apartment. Nice kitchen with full cooking and dinnerware. Washer and dryer and dishwasher were a plus. Electronic access proved to be very convenient since there were 6 of us.

Felt stuffy but there were fans in each bedroom including the living room so it helped a bit. No elevator so it was a bit of a struggle lugging the suitcases up the stairs. Car couldn’t get very close to the apartment since the area is only for authorised vehicles- it was therefore a bit of a challenge unloading and loading our suitcases as it was raining on both days. I guess there is a trade off for being in a great location.

Beautiful apartment - loved the high-end finish. Had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable. The location was perfect.

Get quite a bit of street noise late at night that impact the bedrooms on the front of the property.

The apartment has been completely renovated and modernized. They did a beautiful job and it’s very comfortable. It’s located in the Old Town which is pedestrian only.

Very noisy at night and early morning. There is no air conditioning but they do provide fans.The building has no elevator and the apartment is on the first floor so make sure you’re able to carry your luggage up one flight. We paid FeelFree for parking but it was a bit of a nightmare. We ended up paying double for one day because they did not inform us properly and then they refused to credit us.

Could not ask for a better location. On main street in Old Town San Sebastian. Nice view of the main street from the balcony.

Definitely suffers from street noise in the two front rooms. Our biggest complaint is no air conditioning. Despite using fans, the temperature at night was 80 degrees in the rooms which made it very difficult to sleep.
