Room and location ok, checking in was a nightmare and Trying to call for assistance hopeless and when I went to check out this morning the machine was down. Have since repeatedly asked for an invoice and refund of deposit and no response. Very poor

It really saved my time during my trip! The building uses key codes for access, which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location was excellent — close to the airport, easy to reach the CBD, and surrounded by train stations, so travelling around without a rental car was no problem at all. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. A very comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely book here again!
