King Jason Protaras - Designed for Adults by Louis Hotels

We had the all-inclusive option - food and cocktails were excellent! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this stay more than other 5 star hotels we've stayed at in Cyprus.

There is only instant coffee in the room - nespresso machine or similar would make it perfect.

Fantastic staff so attentive, and helpful never visited a hotel were you could actually see the hole staff working towards the same goal of ensuring guests had a great stay. The managers and staff should be proud of what they have created. And we would definitely go back.

We had a very nice stay at the King Jason in Protaras. The hotel was perfect was our stay, which we wanted to be quiet, relaxing and stress free - with super polite, kind and attentive staff. Good food, nice ambience and an ideal position close to Fig Tree Bay.

Overall, excellent service, location, food, staff. Some miscommunication at the start, but rectified adequately and efficiently by the manager who was very helpful.

The pool and loungers are lovely the location and setting are amazing and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Also the food is delicious and drinks are delivered by waiters all day inside and 10-5:30 pm around the pool. Of which there are many including a hydro spa pool.

You can't order wine by the bottle even to take to your room and the entertainment is few and far between.

First of all, we would like to emphasise the lovely, empathetic staff, especially the waitress Elena at breakfast, who always responded to our wishes individually and with a smile. You could feel that it came from the heart and was sincerely meant. All the other hotel staff, from reception to the manager, were also very empathetic. When my wife had an accident, the manager looked after her immediately, quickly and carefully. Thanks for that! The breakfast was good in terms of choice, although it was the same every day. That didn't detract from our appetite. Although some of the facilities are getting on in years, we felt very comfortable and well looked after, especially because of the stuff there. Despite some minor flaws (see below), we would like to recommend the hotel and give it a 8,8 overall.

Protaras is a place with a lot of tourists and therefore full beaches and unfortunately also many architecturally unsuccessful (hotel) buildings, which significantly characterise the townscape. If that doesn't bother you, then this is the place for you. The first impression on arrival at the King Jason is a bit of a shame, as the large rubbish containers open to the street ‘greet’ you with their ‘openness’ right next to the entrance. This makes the hotel behind it a little less recognisable. The hotel is located by the sea, does not have its own beach, but does have several pools, all of which are unfortunately unheated, except for the Jacuzzi. So unfortunately we couldn't use it

Wir hatten eine super erholsame Woche in diesem wunderschönen Hotel! Die Zimmer sind ein Traum - der Meerblick atemberaubend. Im grossen und ganzen sehr nettes Personal (insbesondere Maria, Elena und Sophia!!) Sehr leckeres Essen, jedoch schmeckte das Cola Zero/diet coke jedes Mal anders und war teils ungeniessbar und insbesondere zum Schluss fehlte es an Obst (hauptsächlich gab es Grapefruit und Orangen) und Tee bekommt man hier zunächst ausschliesslich Schwarztee (erst beim dritten Nachfragen fand sich dann ein Kamillentee und mit ganz viel Glück sogar ein Pfefferminzee, den es dann jedoch am nächsten Tag schon wieder nicht mehr gab) - aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohen Niveau denn ansonsten war einfach alles Top!! wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit ❤️

Breakfast and all meals were superb. Pools all very nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and large and very near to the pool and restaurants. Location of the hotel was also very handy for the main town and beach.

Reservation of the sunbeds around the pool. There was a sign saying this shouldn't be done before 8am, but people were out in the dark at 6am doing this and it was not stopped by the staff. If you're going to have a rule then it should be enforced.
