We stayed on a BB basis, ate out for breakfast a couple of times... drinks selection very good. Pool and loungers, plentiful and very comfortable. Location is good and near the fig tree bay beach which is very nice. Staff are very polite, two in particular, Maria and Sophia could not do more for you, a credit to the hotel.

Balcony, far too small however, the room size was superb so I guess you cant have both.

The jacuzzi has a nice water temperature and good size Amazing sea views and beaches near by Great staff always helpful and with a smile perfect service from the staff

The best location on at the beach, with an amazing view from the room. Also the staff was very nice and kind, which made us feel welcome! :)

Great location, near some of the best beaches and waters in Cyprus, close to bars and restaurants, amazing view from the sea-view rooms, decent pools.

A little shabby to be honest for what you're paying. And occasionally irritating to be greeted and interrogated by a tour rep on how everything is when you're there independently. The room door felt very insecure. Weird plastic-covered dirty pillows on the beds- not sure what those are for, took me a while to realise the real ones were in the cupboard!

Very friendly and professional staff, excellent food and service from all staff, clean and comfortable.

Lack of good entertainment in the evenings. The pool towels are long but too narrow.

Welcoming drink, even if the guy didn't even tell if it is with or without alcohol. I don't drink alcohol at all; we were helped with the luggage up to the room and thank you for that!! Nothing else!!

First of all, I would like to mention that i have been to hundreds and hundreds hotels and i make an appreciation or comments on what i have really seen and felt, but let's give you my feed-back step by step: 1) welcoming drink: the guy didn't even tell us if there was with alcohol or without, but I appreciated at least the fact that they proposed something!! 2) general impression about hotel: old hotel for old people = guys, if you want to see the Old Pensionate with old people, come here, as almost all people are between 60 and more (i have nothing against old people, but ONLY OLD PEOPLE, that's not correct = at least the Hotel should inform that the Hotel is accommodating people under 60 or above 60; old design of the hotel and very poor reparation (please see enclosed photos); no direct access to the beach (you need to pay the sunbeds and umbrella: 7.50 EUR /day for 2 people); 3) we paid 500 EUR for 2 nights, which is totally OVERPRICED for the service they offer; 4) we stayed in room 411 (never take this room again): old furniture ( please see photos enclosed), with old and smelly room and very low quality reparation (please see photos enclosed); the shower is full of mold (photos enclosed) and there are cracks everywhere and the towels are very old (you can see another person between them); the central door of the room is old and you can close it with difficulty; balcony is made with very poor reparation (photos enclosed); you can also see the old ROBE they offer (very strange color and old fashioned - photos enclosed); they offer NO COFFEE machine - only a Kettle and powder coffee = totally unappropriated for a 4 star hotel and for 500 EUR for 2 nights!!!!

The pools and the staff were lovely! The rooms were also very comfortable and the sea view was fabulous!

How hard it was to get a sun bed due to other guests claiming theirs at 7:30am!!!
