Sonder at SECOND & SECOND

We were in Minneapolis for my daughter’s surgery. The Sonder we stayed at was so clean, secure, onsite parking with amazing amenities. The best part was the text communications which we fast and able to provide answers to all my questions.

This place was beautiful, you definitely get your moneys worth. The only complaints I have is the ac was terrible. Also we were getting noise complaints during the day for conversing. Now I’m fully aware that this is peoples permanent residence but it was odd to get complaints during the day. We didn’t have music blaring or any of the typical reasons to get complaints. I will mention that I feel like the security was being nosey and saw people who weren’t residents and kind of targeted us. Overall it was a beautiful place and well worth the money spent.

The condo was so beautiful and in a great area for walking, shopping and dining. We will definitely stay again.

Great location in Minneapolis. Loved the function of Sonder and great communication. Very easy for modern concept for hotel/apartment rental.

Sonder always hit it out of the park with their rentals and I search for them when looking for places to stay. Great stay!!

Lovely apartment and great location, but a bunch of small cleaniness issues. Bed was deeply uncomfortable and linens were not great. Parking was a pain as you had to pay daily and there may or may not be any spots left. It was restful and very beautiful overall.

Stay was excellent Every single question we had was resolved with a chat. Amenities, kitchen/laundry were all amazing. Two minor complaints 1. We arrived at 3:30. And while the apartment was already available we had to wait outside until 4pm before we could use the code to get in. 2. We stayed for 6 nights but were given enough coffee filters for 2 days only And it was not supplied in the supply room Location was great but still suffering from sketchiness. On the way out we found a homeless person in the building entrance alley going through a backpack’s content - which she scattered all over the floor.

What a nice little apartment! We'll be back! Pros: - lots of restaurants within a few blocks, plus Whole Foods w/liquor store is nearby - towels - comfortable bed - kitchen cooking equipment includes 2 small sauce pots, a medium skillet, a large pot, spatulas, corkscrew, pizza slicer, a cutting board, a grater, and a couple knives. - appliances include toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and clothes washer and dryer - products included 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, 3 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 tissue box - the AC works great! - quiet and feels private despite being right downtown Cons: - we couldn't get the hair dryer to work, but I'm gonna say it was user error lol We picked up anything we needed at Whole Foods (2 blocks away). If you're up for a slightly longer walk (about 12 blocks) check out Strive Bookstore!

Our stay was awesome! The only issue we had was finding parking. It wasn’t exactly as located but we did find the correct location. Set up was great! Only thing that we all struggled with was beds. They were close to the ground and super hard
