Nice hotel, close to the city center

La struttura, la posizione, l'atmosfera raffinata, lo staff superbo, tutto organizzato per rendere il tuo soggiorno semplice e piacevole. La cortesia dello staff sempre sorridente e professionale. La camera bella, pulita e ben curato l'arredamento. Questo anno non sono riuscito a volare in mongolfiera per via del tempo ostile, ma ci sarò di sicuro il prossimo anno e saprò già in anticipo dove soggiornare.

Room Did not Have a Window.

Great location. 6 minute walk from the city. Room is lacking. We had the arch room 204 I think. Ripped up bath towels were given - if my mom saws me give that to guests I'd be in trouble. Inside toilet is stained, odd when the resort is only 6 years old. Toilet seat doesn't stay up when peeing lol. Garbage can was broken. Shower handle/spray is broken. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor above our head and at 2am they were moving tables due to rain and all we could hear for a long time at that hours was tables and chairs being dragged. It's clean. Reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Maybe it was just our room with all the issues.
