The pool area is nice. The rooms have nice big mirrors and good lights. The bathroom are decent with good working showers

Me gustó la tranquilidad, la atención del personal y la habitación cómoda y limpia.

Seria bueno que limpien por debajo de las camas también y que revisen la distribución de las mismas y escritorio ya que en la habitación donde me alojé por última vez las camas estaban muy juntas y era incómoda la falta de espacio entre una litera y la otra. Y sería bueno también que pongan luz en cada cama ya que la habitación es oscura y solo se puede ver algo por la luz del baño.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this property. The place looks nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com — the pictures are completely misleading. On top of that, one day the air conditioning wasn’t working, and when I went to the reception to report it, the staff simply told me it wasn’t their responsibility and that they couldn’t do anything about it. This kind of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope Booking.com will take this complaint seriously and consider reviewing this listing to ensure it meets the standards you promise to your customers.
