White Studio Villa

PLEASE SEE WHOLE REVIEW IN SCREENSHOTS DUE TO CHARACTER LIMIT. We do not recommend staying here. The cost per night is not worth the amenities/service provided nor the location. 1. Floors were quite dirty from when we first arrived. Please make sure you have easy sandals to wear throughout the villa at all times The TV has no signal so be prepared to use YouTube a lot 2. The lighting outside the villa is dreadful. The walk down the road is very sketchy, would not stay here if I was a female traveller alone. There are no lights in the pool area so this is completely dark at night. There is one light at the door but it barely lights up the courtyard section 3. Our main water supply (for taps, showers and the toilet) was shut off twice during our stay. 4. The communication from the staff was very confusing. We contacted the number that was on all of our booking confirmations to check in. We contacted them about the water issues and they advised they would come to check it out. We sat outside the villa for 2 hours waiting for them and no one showed up. When we reached back out after waiting they said that someone knocked on our door but there was no response... there is no way that was possible as we had our gate open and sat out there. We messaged them again to advise of the time we were going to be checking out and they told us that they were the motel not the villa and gave us another number to contact as they wouldn't help...
