"A TRUly great stay!"

What makes Tru a TRUly great experience are the people! To a person, they were very attentive and ensured that all aspects of my stay were amazing. They were very accommodating when it came to the basics of amenities in the room and breakfast/snack items. When the coffee ran out, I mentioned it. They made it a point of coming over to me to let me know it had been refreshed. Perfect location for my needs with enough decent restaurant options within either walking or a short driving distance. It is TRU when I say that this will be my go to hotel in the area going forward!

People who work either the Cafe area or the front desk are so friendly and helpful! You have a good variety of breakfast items to enjoy as well. The place is very clean too!

"Outstanding Stay"

5/5 because this was one of the most amazing experiences I had. As soon as I walked in Venice greeted me with a huge smile on her face. I felt welcomed right away. At breakfast I was greeted by Margarita, she is an amazing person who recommended the hotcakes! Both of them made my stay there an unforgettable experience.

Clean, affordable, friendly, accessible. Staff, Margarita and Valeria, have been amazing. From giving directions to keep us from getting lost to allowing our dog to stay with us. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here.

"Welcoming stay"

Margarita was very attentive and made us feel welcome. She even provided us with places to see/visit knowing that we were unfamiliar with the area. Our stay was excellent because of Margarita and the rest of the staff.
