Location. Security. Parking, even though for extra fee.

As soon as I found that the parking fee is 20 EUR/night, which was let's say 10 minutes after the order, it was not possible to cancel the booking. In the bathroom, miracle light electricity was definitely unsecure. Overall the location was too loud, on the other side, we were in the center, so ok.

Location is great for exploring Budapest, close to lots of bars and restaurants as well as metro stations. Nice to have a balcony too ! It has a self check in which was clear and easy to use.

The apartment is quite small, and the balcony has been split in two with the apartment next door. Overall though not much to dislike !

The design of the flat is beautiful, done, real.good taste .it's spacious & very clean.. has all facilities. But tg bed time as very hard. Location is ok but not that close to the centre.

The coding system & especially the problems with the key. The key to my room didn't work. I had to call & get a special.app.on.my phone. I've managed to.do.tjanks only to the guy in the security who sat in the front. I was promised I'll get a new key the next day but I didn't. I had to call again quite late in the evening to get another code for the app. while the guy on the phone insisted I had a new key. That was really frustrating as I got the key only the next day as there was no key in the box! TV - might be my inferior technology skills but I couldn't work it out, hence, couldn't watch any TV. Pls lave clear instructions for other guests who are technologically challenged. There is no place to leave luggage.

- Security guard always at the entrance. - PIN code for entrance. - Always clean inside the building. - Easy check in/check out. - Very nice apartment, very clean, nice details. - Host even left us tea, coffee and washing capsules! :) Thanks again for this lovely welcome gift. - Everything you need for a short or long, family or bussiness stay is inside appartment. Even washing machine. (If you don't want to wash yourself, you have a laundry next door.) - Very good ventilation in the toilet! - Easy and useful cooling/heating system. - Possibility to smoke outside.

- Very loud district which acctually comes alive when the sun goes down. - Mattreses and sofa are a bit worn down, they should be changed very soon. - Terasse is an open space for all appartments in the lower floor. Nothing wrong for me, but if you seek additional privarcy outside, you better choose higher apartments.

Zentral, sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse mit allem was man braucht.

Das Bett und vor allem das Schlafcouch waren katastrophal schlecht!

The apartment was well located, spacious, clean and well appointed. We couldn't fault it and woul recommend 👌
